Like all of those Tollywood celebs who are running from temple to temple these days for conducting special poojas, director Puri Jagan is also heard performing some. From some time, Puri's flicks are not doing well at Box Office and they are also facing huge criticism from some quarters. Though collections are fine for Iddarammayilatho, critics blasted the movie for its flattered content and slow narration. Also Puri's brother Sairam Shankar is not getting a red carpet rolled for him in Telugu Film Industry. For this reason, our director's family is heard doing lot of Special Pooja at various temples of Andhra Pradesh.
Though Puri throws lot of satires on God when it comes to his movies, in real life it looks like he is an ardent devotee who thinks that divine intervention is necessary for success. Is it not true Puri?
