Director Maruthi's 'Monopoly' On Talented People

The success of 'Prema Katha Chitram' has brought many accolades to director Maruthi, apart from the boothu tag he earned. But what looks stunned is that this director suppressing the talent of other to project himself.

Today's newspaper ad featuring Maruthi's big cutout and the production house wishing him for his hattrick success raised many eyebrows. Till date, Maruthi directed only Ee Rojullo and Bus Stop, but this latest Prema Katha Chitram is directed by J Prabhakar Reddy. Our boothu director is a writer for the flick, but he is projecting himself much big with the tag 'Directorial Supervision'. Maruthi is no K Raghavendra Rao to call himself that way, after that two films experience. Also, while talking about his next production venture 'Romance', there is no talk of talented writer Swamy (Darling fame) who is directing this flick. Many wonder why Maruthi is showing such a monopoly on talented technicians and creative people.

As long as Maruthi is the investor for his flicks, he can do anything he wants in the position of a producer. But what if all these talented people fly away from his coterie?
