Gabbar Singh 2: Will Pawan Kalyan Rewrite Sequel Sentiment?

Pawan Kalyan's much anticipated sequel to the popular hit 'Gabbar Singh' is going to roll on floors very soon. But more than the delight that this franchise of superhit Gabbar character is coming up, it is the dark sentiment that is worrying all perhaps.

Tollywood haven't scored high with sequels till date, we have to talk about the sentiment that is lingering in the minds of Mega fans. Coming to Mega family itself, Chiru failed to woo with Shankardada Jindabad, while he scored blockbuster with Shankardada MBBS. Same is the case with Stylish hero Allu Arjun who changed his fortunes with Arya. The second movie of this franchise showcased Bunny's twisty dancing skills, but haven't collected huge due to various reasons. Now that Pawan is getting ready to come up with Gabbar Singh 2, we have to see if he will overcome sentiments or vice versa.

Not just the case of mega family, but many sequels like Dabangg 2, Golmaal 2 and 3, Tollywood's Vennela 1.5 and Nagavalli are not bigger hits than their initial ones. The success of Gabbar Singh 2 depends on how director Sampath Nandi is going to handle the script. So wait for it.
