Ex-Cricketer Azharuddin Praising Chiranjeevi

Irrespective of the political position he is holding, many upcoming leaders in the state are hoping big on Chiru this time. All they want is the matinee-idol's support to get a ticket or a choice of constituency.

Tainted team India captain, ex-cricketer and Congress MP from Moinabad, Mohammed Azharuddin is all in praises for Union Tourism minister K Chiranjeevi. He hailed that Chiru is doing a super job as Tourism minister and under his esteemed guidance tourism of India has developed four folds. However he expressed desire again to contest from Andhra Pradesh in the coming elections rather contesting from UP or any other place in the country. But the interesting bit is, when questioned about his stance on Telangana issue, he said that he will remain silent on the issue. This is indeed a complete diplomatic answer from the cricketer who hails from Hyderabad.

Political analysts however got surprised with Azhar's praising of Chiranjeevi. With our cricketer being a good friend of CM Kiran, as they both are from same school, how come he suddenly shifted loyalties to Chiru is the question here. That's politics!
