In less than a week Sandalwood's recent release Ugramm made a huge buzz in Tamil film industry. Ugramm has become the latest addition for the list of Kannada movies, which is all set to get remade in other languages. Sources from Telugu film industry say that there is huge demand to own the remake rights of Ugramm amongst the few Tollywood's movie makers.
If sources are to believed, then there is also a tug of war between the two Tollywood's superstars to acquire the remake rights of Ugramm. Yes it's none other than Telugu Superstars - Junior NTR and Allu Arjun. Both NTR and Allu Arjun are reportedly bowled over by Ugramm's theatrical trailer, and expressed their wish to watch the movie.
After they heard about the remake rights doing a huge buzz in Telugu film circles, even before watching the film, the duo have approached Ugramm movie makers to talk about the purchase of remake rights.
Kannada movie Ugramm, which was released on February 21 across the state, had Srimurali and Haripriya in the lead roles, and the movie was also considered as the perfect comeback for the duo to Kannada screen.
