The inception of Dramatic Transformation Principle (DTP):
It actually began with an accident. In 2005, I met with an accident and suffered a lot of injuries. Then I started training by lifting huge weights, but people told me it willn't work as we are told we have to begin with lighter weights. Surprisingly, the experiment produced good results. Soon, I was able to notice more density in my muscles in a short span and saw my muscles in a three-dimensional look by the end of 12 weeks.
Who should try DTP?
It's a 12 weeks programme that would suit anyone irrespective of their gender. You could see the results if you are mentally strong, determined and consistent.
Mahesh Babu's diet for DTP:
He used to eat seven times a day during this programme. His diet consists of Fish, Chicken, Oat Meal, Broccoli, Pasta, Spinach and many other things.
Working experience with Mahesh Babu:
He is on top of the game both personally and professionally just because he is very hardworking and humble.
