Chiranjeevi after forming a political party maintained a distance to the Shootings of his Films. After becoming the Union Minister, he was so busy with his schedules that he made a statement of missing the Yevadu Audio Launch.

Even then he takes so much care on his only son Ramcharan's career. It was Chiranjeevi who finally confirmed Puri Jagannadh for this debut movie.
