Ram Charan Tej has officially ‘moved’ to B’town. The actor has reportedly concluded a whopping `12-crore purchase of an apartment at Khar, which puts him in the top league of celeb homeowners in Mumbai. But Cherry’s not actually moving to Mumbai. “Well, it’s better than living out of a suitcase in a hotel,” the actor said. “The apartment’s not ready so I can’t really share pictures but yes, I can confirm that I have bought the apartment. About the price tag, I can’t divulge any more details.”
Reports meanwhile, claim Zanjeer co-star Sanjay Dutt played an key role in the house hunt. Another report indicated that the size of the plush pad was over 4,000 sft.
Cherry, however, goes on to insist, “I will always be based out of Hyderabad. This apartment will help me during my stay in Mumbai, which has been the getaway city for me. Also, I’m planning to organise a party for friends later this year to mark the home’s purchase.”
