Upendra to Remake Venkatesh's Movie, Upendra to Remake Telugu Lakshmi Movie, Venkatesh Lakshmi remake in kannada

In recent times Kannada film Industry is concentrating on Telugu, Tamil films. Some of the Kannada film producers have bought remake rights of films like Brindavanam and Kanchana.

Here is the latest news that Venkatesh and Nayanatara starrer Lakshmi is going to be remade in Kannada and Upendra will be replacing Venkatesh in this remake. The film titled as Gowri and is going to be directed by Saiprakash. Other details like heroine and cast and crew details are to be announced. The film is likely to hit the shooting floors later this year.

Meanwhile, Venkatesh is busy with the shooting of Golmaal which is a remake of Hindi Bol Bachan. The film stars Ram, Anjali and Shazhan Padamsee in lead roles. K Vijaybhaskar is directing the film and it’s being jointly produced by Sravanthi Ravi Kishore and Suresh Babu.
