Usually, Top Stars prefer well established or hotshot technicians for their films rather than budding ones as huge money is at stake. However, NTR seems to be thinking otherwise and the latest developments reflect the same.
Young musician Anup Rubens has been roped for his upcoming film Rabasa which is being directed by Santosh Srinivas of Kandireega fame. This move by NTR is undoubtedly a huge gamble. Though Anup is in good form in the recent past with hits like 'Ishq' and 'Gunde Jaari Galanthayinde', those two films were romantic entertainers while Tarak's project is out-and-out mass subject.
In fact, Anup Rubens hasn't done many mass numbers until now and Rabasa is his first big budgeted film. Definitely, a huge pressure will always be there and it's to be seen if he is capable of coming out with flying colors.
Rabasa starring NTR and Samantha in the lead will go on floors in August this year. Bellamkonda Suresh is leaving no stone unturned to make it highest grossing film on his banner. Makers are aiming for a Sankranthi release.
